Tower Farm is more than a start-up in high-tech urban farming. We are a team of engineers, scientists, and experienced business developers. Each member of our team has a unique background, that together makes us stronger.
The history of our start up goes back to 2017 when two high school friends, Charles SOUFIR and Gerard FARACHE, decided to jump into the great challenge of establishing this start-up. Yishai, an expert in indoor farming, helped to define the right partner with proven technology and joined this adventure as a member of the board.
In January 2019, Tower Farm opened the doors of its first experimentation site at Saint-Nom-La-Bretèche. Shortly after this, in July 2019, we started experiments with edible plants such as aromatic herbs, salades, micro-greens, and strawberries. We developed retail partnerships with Les fermes de Gally and Diagonal.
The next phase of our history was more challenging and therefore exciting. We decided to level up our quality and standards and work on medicinal plants. Within the first year, we were contacted by two major pharmaceutical and cosmetic companies. Thanks to them, we managed to distinguish our business model and get on track for success.

The great initiative of Les Fermes de Gally & La Ferme Horticole Théart led to the creation of a community called Station V.
It is an agricultural incubator where various start-ups in agriculture can develop their proof of concept and make their first steps to the market.
We are proud to be a part of this project. Station V is a supportive environment, where different start-ups are united with the same challenges. We are not competitors but allies who find support and council together to go further and faster.
